What does a Buyers Agency actually do?
A good buyers agency will get to know your current situation and wealth aspirations inside out, assess which property strategies are the most suitable for you, and buy across the whole country without bias. Part of the job is continually evaluating the investment, so you keep the right balance between maximising returns and living the lifestyle you enjoy.
We do all of that — with one difference. Our selection method is built on data science first, then vetted by 14+ years of human experience. No gut-feel guesswork, and no postcodes we’re paid to push.
Can you guarantee results?
Nobody can guarantee market movements — and you should be wary of anyone who says they can. What we offer instead is accountability: on investment purchases where you follow our advice, if we don’t hit our agreed-upon targets, we pay you $5,000. Capital city or regional town, we put our money where our mouth is.
How much money do I need?
Our approved investment properties can be priced from $300,000. Minimum requirements change depending on your specific situation and the lending environment. Generally one would need $60,000+ in savings as well as an income of $70,000 per year.
Where do you find properties?
We use a cutting edge approach for selecting suburbs across the entire country, where it makes sense to buy.
AI, Big-data and investment algorithms have completely changed the investment landscape over the last 10 years and we use these technologies to their fullest extent when selecting areas. Each suburb or town the technology suggests is also vetted by human experience.
How long does it take to purchase?
The journey from beginning the property search to acquisition can be rapid if the right property is available.
Once you're pre-approved and we're actively searching for properties, the timeline can vary anywhere from just 2 days to up to around 3 months.
However, there’s no minimum or maximum time. The most important factor is picking the best asset available.
What are the fees to purchase an investment property with a buyer’s agent?
Fixed flat fees, known upfront. That transparency lets you plan properly — no hidden charges, no percentages quietly inflating with the purchase price.
Suburb Research Reports are $3,300 including GST, Investment Analysis is $9,900 including GST, and full Buyers Advisory is quoted per engagement.
