Our strategy helps individuals with a minimum income of $60,000 to $70,000 and around $70,000 in savings or equity to confidently enter the property market. MOGL approved properties can be priced from $300,000 to $2,000,000 which offers a diverse range of properties to suit various budgets and investment needs.

What is the price range of properties you purchase?

Our purchases typically start from $300,000, with the upper end set by your strategy, borrowing power and portfolio plan. The right range is the one your numbers support — we’ll model it conservatively with you before recommending anything.

Is it advisable to delay the process if financing is not yet secured?

We recommend commencing your journey with us as soon as you have a clear understanding of your borrowing potential.

What we offer is accountability: on purchases where you follow our advice, if the property doesn’t outperform the agreed benchmark, we pay you $5,000. Your specific returns will always depend on your scenario — and this isn’t financial advice, so loop in your broker and accountant.

How long does it take to purchase a property with a buyer’s agent?

The journey from beginning the property search to acquisition can be remarkably swift with the guidance of our dedicated buyer's agents. Once financing is secured and we're actively hunting for properties aligned with your preferences, the timeline can span anywhere from just 2 days to up to 3 months. However, there’s no minimum or maximum time as it is important that you purchase the property that is right for you.

What are the fees to purchase an investment property with a buyer’s agent?
